How to book


  1. Check availability: Call Back Track Adventures to check availability of your preferred holiday.
  2. Ensure that you read and understand our Booking Conditions: By paying your deposit you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Booking Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by these.
  3. Complete this Booking Form AND Pay applicable deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the tour cost per person is required, or full payment if booking is within 95 days of your tour departure date. On receipt of your booking form and deposit your Confirmation Pack will be sent to you. The Pack contains all the information you need to prepare for your trek plus a Personal Details Booklet that must be completed and returned to us immediately.
  4. TRAVEL Insurance is compulsory and it is recommended that you arrange this at time of booking. Please contact us for information and a quote.
