How to book

  1. Check availability: If your chosen Journey is listed as ‘limited availability’, call Back Track Adventures to check availability before booking.
  2. Ensure that you read and understand our Booking Conditions: By paying your deposit you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Booking Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by these.
  3. Complete this Booking Form AND Pay applicable deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the tour cost per person is required, or full payment if booking is within 95 days of your tour departure date. On receipt of your booking form and deposit, your Information Pack will be sent to you. The Pack includes all the information you need to prepare for your Journey, plus a link to our Personal Details Form which must be completed within 7 days.
  4. Travel Insurance is compulsory, and it is recommended that you arrange this at time of booking. Please contact us if you would like information or a quote.
