How to book


  1. Check availability: If your preferred trek is listed as ‘Limited Availability’ please contact Back Track Adventures to check availability before paying your deposit.
  2. Ensure that you read and understand our Booking Conditions: By paying your deposit you acknowledge that you have read and understood Great Desert Walks’ Booking Terms and Conditions and Back Track Adventures’ Booking Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by these.
  3. Complete this Booking Form AND Pay applicable deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the tour cost per person is required, or full payment if booking is within 95 days of your tour departure date. After receipt of your booking form and deposit, your Information Pack will be sent to you. The Pack contains all the information you need to prepare for your trip plus a link to our Personal Details Form which must be completed and returned to us within 7 days.
  4. TRAVEL Insurance is compulsory and it is recommended that you arrange this at time of booking. Please advise Back Track Adventures if you would like to be provided with a quote.
  5. Please complete ALL FIELDS in the form below to ensure accurate processing of your booking and deposit payment.
